Waking up early in the morning to drive Mr. R to the ferry building gives me mixed feelings on how to start the day. In some ways it stinks because it forces me to get up earlier than I normally would, and put on regular clothes. In some ways, its fantastic because it forces me to put on regular clothes so that I can’t a head start on my day. Thats why wearing something comfortable but still chic is the best way to get myself into a car and drive him (and of course a coffee). This metallic striped turtleneck and metallic pants are comfortable enough to feel like sweatpants, but the hint of shine and pairing them with more substantial shoes and a leather jacket, make me ready for breakfast meetings or trips into the city. Now where’s that coffee?
