I am currently in Japan for the week so I will have to keep this post short! It’s my 1 year wedding anniversary and Mr. R and I are celebrating by exploring Tokyo and Kyoto, two places that we have been dying to visit.
In the meantime, here is my look that I have dubbed the Russian Doll. I really have no basis for it, because this beautifully embellished shift dress was actually one of my street purchases in Hong Kong a year ago for my honeymoon! I rediscovered it, and love it layered over this tiered sleeve sweater. I think all of the intricate details, the shapes and the colors make it perfect for fall and holiday, and hopefully gives you a few new styling ideas for this winter.
With somewhat ironic timing, you can see that my cute little cross body bag from GiGi New York has my initials on it. I was gifted this bag at a Shop Style event during NYFW, and the brand said they would put our initials on it for free. I was so thrilled to be able to put something with my new last name (the ‘R’) that I forgot about my middle initial! I’m so bummed because I think it looks weird with just the two initials, but I wear it anyway with pride!
