We interrupt our regularly scheduling fashion entertaining to show you something that would be a perfect gift for the new mother in your life!
Today I am sharing with you a gift that I made my friend who just had a beautiful baby girl. Since I have been designing my own fabrics, I thought it would be fun to make her a custom crib-sized baby blanket with the name of her daughter, Gabriella, on it.
I designed both the alternating chevron print as well as the stripe prints, and altered the stripe print to turn into children’s cursive for the baby’s name. It’ completely reversible, and fun on both sides!
The fabric is also EXTREMELY soft and lush, perfect for a baby or toddler to snuggle in or use for tummy time. For those of you who don’t know what this is… ask your baby-making friends.
The blanket is 52″ by 36″, the perfect size for a crib, so that the baby can grow and still be able to comfortable sleep under it.
This blanket is completely customizable and I am now taking orders! I am able to do the chevron side in boy colors (or any color combo you might like, and match the stripe print to those colors.
