I spent this past holiday weekend in Tahoe and the weather was a bit of everything- sun, rain, snow, clouds, intense wind- everything but cold! Given that I packed an array of random items that were intended to keep me warm and not slip on the ice, it was a little tricky to put together a cohesive outfit. Nevertheless, leather and leopard prevailed as my go-to choices for a cute outfit. What are the Nikes doing here you ask? It was either these or baby blue vintage snow boots 2 sizes too large. Next time maybe I will make a larger effort to make those work. In the meantime, remember that leather leggings are one of my 11 closet essentials that every woman needs, even in Lake Tahoe!
