In this video I will show you how to drape an exaggerated ruffle detail that you can put on a one shoulder top, on the hem of a skirt, or really any seam or design you like. This fashion and draping technique is for beginners, but can also be a refresher for intermediate draping as well.

By simply folding the fabric on top of itself in creative ways and peeling the layers back, you can create anything from a simple ruffle to an oversized rosette, adding so much depth and wow factor into your designs.
