This past weekend I was lucky to spend 3 days in the preppy capitol of the northeast, Martha’s Vineyard. YES, we went to Vineyard Vines, and YES, we wore loafers without socks, and YES we had a ginormous surf ‘n turf meal post shucking oysters. It was preppy and over-the-top and everything I wanted it to be. I loved every minute of the vineyard and can’t wait to go back soon (next year!!). Unfortunately I forgot my camera when walking around Edgartown, so I don’t have pictures other than what’s on my phone. What I DO have, however, are pics of the unbelievable wedding I attended on Chappaquiddick Island. I loved how the decor was quaint and personal, and the flower arrangements embraced the nature that was around us. Even though we were on a humungous estate, the whole wedding felt intimate and made everyone feel like Chappy was their home.
