New beauty products to try arrive at my house almost daily and there are always new one to try. I make it my goal to try as much of them as I possibly can, sharing with you on The Style Safari only my absolute faves. Since my skincare routine is about 95% non-toxic, I am always looking for more amazing products for you, so that you can ask yourself one more time, why am I using products with harmful chemicals if I absolutely don’t need to?
These are my latest clean beauty and skincare product loves, that I keep coming back to time and again.
True Botanicals Cellular Repair Serum and Vitamin C Booster
I had a one on one consultation with the lovely ladies at True Botanicals a few weeks ago and have been using their products every. day. since I left. That’s a bold statement from someone who has cabinets full of beauty and skincare products! This duo is by far my favorite. While you don’t need to buy them together, for my dehydrated skin, the combo is perfection. A few taps of the Vitamin C Booster powder into my palm followed by 3 sprays of the Cellular Repair Serum is the perfect one two punch for nighttime repair. I mix them together and apply all over my face and neck, which has evened my skin tone, hydrated my skin and even given me a slight glow (and I really thought glowing skin was a fallacy until this point)!
Juice Beauty Signal Peptides Firming Serum
The Signal Peptides Firming Serum has instantly become my daytime serum of choice, because it hydrates, dries fast and smell divine. This is the first product in Juice Beauty’s new -more luxe- line, and the gold packaging and unique click button eye dropper make my routine feel more like a treat than a daily to-do. I could tell right away that my skin had more bounce, and that’s saying a lot considering this tired facade is up multiple hours of the night feeding my babe!
Juice Beauty Phyto Pigments Compact Foundation
I’m going to say something bold here… I HATE using my finger to apply makeup. It never goes on right, and then I’m left with more makeup on my fingers, which won’t wash off and then stains my towels. Anyone else with me? That’s why I’ve always been drawn to compacts like this Juice Beauty one. I have been using their regular foundation for over a year and although I love it, I was thrilled when I found out about the compact version! You press the button to squeeze out as much as you need, which fills the tray. Then you can easily use a foundation brush to apply (or mix in other products here if you want) to make sure the skin is even and your hands remain clean. There’s a reason compacts never go out of style!
Lilah Beauty b. stunning and b. daring Palettes
I don’t put color on my face every day, but if I do, I’m using the b. stunning eye palette from Lilah Beauty. The color combination is the most democratic of the combinations they have, which means it works for every skin tone. Typically I scoff at this but for once they’ve got it right! The blendable cool browns can be used just to add light contouring or more heavy shading to the eye, which works for when I’m traveling and don’t want to pack much. The b. daring lip and cheek duo looks a lot punchier than it is upon application, but gives the right amount of build able warmth to by pale face in the summertime. Both can be added with a finger, but of course I use a shadow brush to put on the eve colors!
Ever Skincare Whiplash Mascara
Boy, do I love the Whiplash mascara from Ever Skincare. It gives such thick and voluminous lashes, I almost don’t need to put on any other makeup. But really, if I’m having a no-makeup day, I still put on this mascara because it seriously delivers results. I use it every day and am almost out already- how’s that for a raving review?
