Green Monster

Maybe it’s because I’ve been watching so many Boston sports of late (yes, I’m from San Francisco, but that boy I live with happens to be from Boston) but I am fully embracing kelly/emerald/celtic green. This has to be one of my favorite outfits in a while- the sweater suit is super comfortable, I can’t stop wearing the polka dot shirt, and these color block loafer heels were basically made for me. This is happiness in an outfit.

Sweater suit top and bottom: ASOS (pencil skirt bottom here). Polka dot blouse ($50): JoeFresh. Heels: ASOS. Belt: Gap (similar here and here). Bag: Badgley Mischka.

Graffiti

One way to conquer this season’s floral printed pants look is with a structured silhouette on top. I love this vest for its versatility and length that transcends seasons. I would love to hear your opinions about the earrings- I just made them this weekend and have been wearing them non- stop!

Pants: Topshop (jacket here). Vest: Urban Outfitters (old). Tank: Old Navy. Shoes: Zara (old). Sunnies: Forever21. Earrings: NEW! Homemade by Stefanie Marie. Jewelry: H&M, souvenir from India, C.Wonder, Soho street vendor

A Little Leg

A little fiesta wear for the aforementioned Cinco de Mayo party. My boyfriend was worried I forgot my pants, but if everything else is covered up, we can show a little leg right? Where’s Angelina when I need her…

Dress and Necklace: Francesca’s Collection. Shoes: BCBG at DSW. Bag: Nordstrom (old)

Weekend Prep

I’m loving bright tailored separates right now as a summery way to look professional. And man, I love those sunglasses so much, even though they give me a unibrow.

Now that you’re here, why don’t you check out the new Style Safari Manifesto? Would love to hear your comments/opinions!

Retro Ride

What do you get when you combine a guitar-inspired retro peplum top, an authentic Ford Model A from the 1930′s, and a great photographer? Certainly something new for TheStyleSafari! Allie and I had so much fun trying to do an edgier and more retro shoot to pair back with our awesome prop- we hope you enjoy it!

Top: One of my college creations (doesn’t it look like a guitar on one side?). Pants: Gap (also seen here and here). Shoes: Aldo (old). Rings: C.Wonder and H&M.
