My long-time friend Allison is getting married this August and my mother and I hosted her bridal shower this weekend. Luckily, we had help with the food, but after days of slaving (read: arguing) over decorations, everything turned out wonderfully! We hosted it down by the pool, and used fresh flowers from my mother’s garden to decorate the tables and awning. The colors were green, yellow, gold and silver for the tableware and gifts, which were kitchen towels and mini soaps. But the decorations weren’t the only thing that looked great! Our guests were so well dressed I even snapped a few pics of their personal style! However, I think this crew knew what they were getting into since there were 3 bloggers in the pack!
