Wine tasting with good friends for my last weekend in the Bay Area was a treat, to say the least. Since all my clothing is somewhere in the Midwest, en route to New York, I was able to pick up this cobalt stunner at Forever21 in short notice. It was the perfect choice; Sheer but still modest. and a striking color for spring.
